All orders placed before 3 pm (PST) will be shipped
out the same day except for preorder items. Orders received after 3:00 pm (PST)
will be processed the next business day.
Shipping fee at checkout is an *estimated
quoted* price. More charges may be applicable and is to be borne by the
customer if additional shipping charges is required.
We
use UPS (United Parcel Service) as our primary delivery partner. A shipping
notification email will be sent within 24 hours to the registered email address
containing tracking information of the package.
Customers
are responsible for shipping charges if items are returned to us.
